Our philosophy
Care that begins with listening.
My decision to pursue psychiatry was shaped by seeing firsthand how mental illness can profoundly affect not only individuals, but also the families who love and support them. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others navigate life’s mental health challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.
I strive to provide patient-centered psychiatric care rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe meaningful treatment begins with taking the time to truly understand each person’s story. Every individual brings unique experiences, challenges, and goals, which is why no two treatment plans should ever look the same.
My approach is collaborative from the very first visit. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, discuss your treatment options, and develop a personalized plan that aligns with your needs, values, and goals. Whether treatment includes medication, lifestyle modifications, education, or ongoing support, my goal is to help you achieve meaningful, lasting progress—not simply manage symptoms.
I chose to build a telepsychiatry practice because quality mental health care should be both accessible and convenient. Secure virtual visits allow patients to receive comprehensive psychiatric care from the comfort and privacy of their own home while maintaining the same thoughtful, individualized approach that every patient deserves.
Above all, I believe the strongest outcomes come from a trusting physician-patient relationship. My goal is not simply to prescribe medication, but to serve as a partner in your mental health journey—listening carefully, answering questions openly, and making treatment decisions together. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly and actively participating in your care.
Every appointment is an opportunity to listen, learn, and work together toward improving your overall well-being—because exceptional psychiatric care is about treating the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
